Our emotional expression

The health of our emotional expression depends on the nature of the repression programming of that individual.
For some people, crying is beneficial and for some it is an escape. For some people, getting angry is beneficial and for some it is an escape.
For an anger repressor, they are much are likely to get sick until they deal with the programming which says that they are not allowed to get angry.
And then ironically, this causes much less anger and emotional outbursts because they have actually addressed the root cause.
And then it is much easier to accumulate energy because the unconscious sabotaging identity has been dealt with properly!
This also addresses the nature of the parasite trying to acquire love from an addictive place and there is then space for true love to flourish without attachment.
