Yes forgiveness is good and helpful.
Because it alters how our perception is assembled.
Yes it’s helpful to notice our addiction to “doing”.
Because it alters how our perception is assembled.
Yes it can be helpful to meditate.
Because (if done well) it alters how our perception is assembled.
Yes it can be important to discover your codependent tendencies, because you guessed it:
It alters how our perception is assembled.
Being “vulnerable”, doing shadow work, attending a sound bath…same.
The spiritual principles we are all familiar with do generally “work” but it is most often not obvious why it works.
The real magic is: When the “why” becomes clear, we can actually go directly to the source. Learning to direct our perception assemblage is a significant shift in the way most practitioners approach life.
This approach renders the healing paradigm defunct, because it’s not what it appears to be.
This approach renders the majority of teachings obsolete, because it is so much more straight to the point. Our fluidity of perception is equivalent to our health and ecstasy.
There is really no need to run the spiritual obstacle course and collect all the healings. This is going to unfortunately put all the healers out of business when we don’t buy into needing what we appear to need.
Break the mold. Learn to make fluid the assemblage of perception, and you’re moving torward real freedom.
