Not-Doing

Not-doing is not easy to explain. It is action, but effortless action. Also known as the effortless-effort or the choiceless choice. It could be considered “flow”. It is the intentional usage of the second attention. Moving the assemblage point is an act of not-doing. “Acting as if” can be an act of not-doing. Not-doing is an important aspect of recapitulation because it brings suppressed memories and non-ordinary aspects of our being to the surface.
