Humility is power

I remember the first time I encountered the teaching “The problem is you think you are a human”.
I was not sure what it meant. It took me a while to understand this.
How could I not identify as a human? Was this teaching designed to confuse me?
Fast forward to today: This is exactly what I am sharing about now.
And so I can relate, it takes some time to know what this means.
But really, it’s simple.
The human brain is designed to mitigate risks. The brain and nervous system are not creative.
A human cannot engage in life authorship. Your human man or your human woman is designed to be a vampire. To consume, protect, fear, hide, fight, flee.
This is the source of entitlement, thinking we “deserve” things, thinking someone is at “fault”.
Thinking that “success” is defined by how many physical resources you have.
If the state of the nervous system defines success, people on rollercoasters are all failures.
It really doesn’t make any sense.
These human ideas come from protective, fear-based perceptions. The brain is designed that way. It is not a flaw. The ego is not the enemy. It’s just the human that needs to go through these motions.
Awakening out of the human motions means realizing the presence behind the human. the animating force, the True Will, the consciousness, spirit, essence, whatever you want to call it.
If someone says “I deserve better” it’s masking “My human is afraid and I don’t want to be afraid”.
This has gotten people all confused about what humility is.
Humility is power. Humility to one’s own being is humility to G-d.
It is arrogant to silence one’s own being. And yet the human has this backward.
The human believes humility is being down on oneself or being silent or taking a backseat in some way. The human believes humility is “Not bragging”.
This is just a rule, and humans only operate according to programming rules.
The rational mind is a feature of the human so it can never be humble.
No matter how much sense you try to make of things, sense-making is a human feature.
Writing these words is filtered through the human as a tool, but the driving force is not the human. The mentation required to write this involves a genuine partnership between the animating spirit and the human faculties.
This means that awakening makes us more human, not less.
By NOT identifying as human we are NOT ruled by shame of our humanness, so the human is more free as a result.
This is not possible to grasp without personal experiences that reflect what is written here.
Don’t take my word for it: I suggest to experiment and find out for yourself.
