I am not here to make her feel pretty.
If her confidence rests on my approval, we are co-dependently relating.
I am not here to reassure.
I am not here to walk her through the fire.
I am not the daddy, or the teacher.
This dynamic is how I used to hide and pretend.
This is how I was able to keep my sickness intact.
I wanted her to obey, so I could feel powerful.
I wanted to ignore my self-hatred.
Her submission meant my safety.
Her submission was my revenge on my controlling mother.
Her view of me was my addiction.
I am not here to make her feel pretty.
I am here to see and share power.
We are simply Divine Exposure in action.
When we connect, the angels are singing.
Within the couple there is no designated guide, there is no hierarchical polarity.
Superficially it appears to be Magnetism.
But it is not.
It is symbolism.
Of our internal experience.
Our cups are already full, there is no need.
We protect each other.
We assist each other.
We are not using each other as reasons to grieve.
We are not using each other as self-sabotage mechanisms.
We are simply dynamic warrior allies.
We co-create until the time in which we part ways.
That time always comes, and it’s not even close to being personal.
If projections come up, we relish the opportunity to destroy them together (Divine father).
That’s what teammates are for.
If hurt comes up, we relish the opportunity to nurture each other (Divine mother).
That’s what kindness is for.
There is no use to playing games.
Potent relational alchemy is a natural side effect of personal clarity.
“Fixing” or alchemizing a relationship is a masked personal clarity process.
It all comes back to one heart. One breath. One spine.
She is allowed to be powerful beyond me.
She is allowed to own herself, with no threat to me.
I am not here to make her feel pretty.
